Unfortunately, Kells Kitchen is no longer operating.
You can still visit the Kirketon Hotel and check out the recently opened Sydney Wine Room, located in the Kirketon Brasserie.

Kells Kitchen
The look: Sultry, warm, intimate yet inviting. The new cocktail lounge in trendy Darlinghurst has opulent gold ceilings, embellished wallpaper, heavy set curtains and an infinity fireplace.
The soundtrack: European lounge, jazz, smooth soul mixed with soulful tunes from Edith Piaf and Dusty Springfield.
Signature drink: ‘Meet Me in Marrakech’ is Ketel One Vodka mixed with date conserve, ginger and apple served in a chilled Boston glass ($15).
The wow factor: The Absinthe fountain treats connoisseurs and the curious to the authentic Absinthe experience.
On the menu: Sharing? Order the International Cheese Selection ($17) with organic walnut and raisin sourdough bread. Ravenous? Devour the Tempura soft-shell crab with mango salad ($16).
The crowd: A diverse of the style and fashion set. Creatives, business types and lovers mixing together on an intimate night out.
If this bar were a movie star it would be: Johnny Depp – dark, modest and desirably bohemian.
