Signature drink: The Spanish white wine Castro Martin Albarino, Rias Baixas (Spain 2005) goes down a treat at $12.50 a glass or $59 a bottle.
Bar snacks? Appeal to every appetite with their 'piccolo', 'medio' or 'grande' portions of Mediterranean dishes. The to-die-for halloumi is topped with wild oregano and lemon ($8).
Best for: Twilight drinks after work with your partner or an old friend you want to chat to in peace for hours.
